In the end of each season the top 3 ranked people will be promoted to #ihl.cs Division 1.
This is a league for the people who didn't quite make it for play in #ihl.cs. It is still only available to players of HIGH quality.
And remember, ALL of the #ihl.cs Div1 players are also vouched in #ihl.cs.2 - so you will probobly have an opportunity to play with one of your favourite pro-gamer in Div2.
Applications to #ihl.cs.2 will be made the same place as for div1. You simply apply to join the league, and the admins decide if you are good enough for Div1 play, Div2 play or no play at all.
